Vase, porrón. I was thinking of the truncated cylinders from the Rambla of Carlos III in Les Corts and my great-grandmother's silverware. Matteo had some references, Italian and synthetic in form like himsel. It was going to be a “porrón” or something like that, but we ended up using them as vases, and we liked that more. I like it because it doesn’t have the typical linearity or verticality. Rather than an upward organization, it allows for more play. Flowers grow upward, but sometimes also sideways or diagonally.

Jarrón, porrón. Yo tenía en la cabeza los cilindros truncados de la Rambla de Carlos III de Les Corts y los cubiertos de mi bisabuela. Matteo algunos referentes, italianos y sintéticos en forma como él. Iba a ser un porrón o algo así, pero acabamos poniéndole jarrones y nos gustó más así. De modo que le quitamos la tapa con el agujerito y mantuvimos los vasos comunicantes. Me gusta porque no tiene la típica linealidad, verticalidad. Más que una organización y un sentido ascendente, permite otros juegos. Las flores crecen para arriba, pero a veces también hacia los lados o en diagonal.
