Two tubes, working together like communicating vessels. True to its name, it was created by due persone: Matteo Guida and me, Josh. It began as a tribute to the traditional porrón. Together with Ihintza Errekondo, we first made it in ceramic: the taller tube had a small lid with a pinhole that let out a thin stream of wine—usually all over you, until you learned how to use it. Later, we removed the lid to make room for flowers, and the porrón became a vase. Now it has taken shape in stainless steel, its interior finished in red—Matteo’s idea, because he says it adds a touch of Italian sensuality.

Florero duo.
